Jarlands Financial Services offers professional independent mortgage advice, with a wealth of experience in financial services. Our advisers hold the full Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and Certificate for Financial Advisers (CeFA) and are registered with the Financial Servcies Authority.

Unlike many Mortgage Brokers, Jarlands has access to the ‘whole of market’ and are not limited to any panel or range of schemes, so our clients can be assured that we will source the best mortgage to suit your individual circumstances. Due to our independence we currently have well over 4,000 different mortgage schemes.

Our computer system is updated daily with the most up to date mortgage products on the market, including exclusive schemes through our association with Legal & General Partnership Services Limited.

For Insurance business we arrange policies exclusively with Legal & General.

At Jarlands we understand that it is not always possible for our clients to see us during normal business hours so we look to be as flexible as possible with appointments available evenings and weekends at our offices or at your home. We also offer advice and services by telephone and internet for those clients that it is impractical to meet personally.

Not all buy to let mortgages are regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage!

We may charge a fee of up to 1.5% of the loan amount for arranging your mortgage. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances but a typical fee is £395.
